Remember to review the Shared Macros each day when you login. At least one or two have been added each day and emails may or may not have gone out to notify everyone. If you have a need for a Shared Macro (i.e. one that all agents can use), please email the text to me (Brian E) and I will create it. Any agent can create macros fro personal use.
